PARIS AFTER DARK
Music videos love the night, and Paris has rules for it. A simple filming declaration doesn’t cover anything after 11pm: night shoots need a full permit, filed at least 15 business days ahead. FAQ
Do I need a permit to shoot a music video in Paris?
Yes, for any shoot in a public space. A light daytime street shoot only needs a declaration, filed at least 5 business days ahead. Night shoots, parks, the Seine, drones or larger crews need a full permit, at least 15 business days ahead.
Can we shoot at night?
Yes, with a full permit. Night work also affects crew rates and neighbours, so we plan it from day one.
Can we film a performance in a real venue?
Yes. Concert halls, clubs and landmark venues are negotiated directly with each site, and we handle the whole setup.
Does the French tax rebate apply to music videos?
No, the TRIP is reserved for scripted fiction and animation. On a music video, we protect your budget through smart planning and our network.
Do you work outside Paris?
Yes. Paris is our home ground, but we shoot all over France and in Monaco, with trusted crews on the Riviera and in Provence, on the West coast and in the Alps.
